Charlie Aycock

Capitalizing on sixteen years of real estate development and leasing experience, Charlie launched Aycock Properties, LLC in May of 2020. A graduate of Alamo Heights High School in 2001, he soon developed a keen interest in real estate at the University of Texas at Austin where he was a member of Phi Gamma Delta fraternity and the Texas Cowboys. He was an active real estate agent while in school until he graduated in 2005. Charlie then began working in commercial real estate, specializing in retail leasing and development with Grubb and Ellis until 2007 followed by leasing and development work for Barshop and Oles. After returning to his hometown of San Antonio in 2011, he worked for the REATA Team until 2013 when he joined Dorado Development. Having performed a careful analysis of the commercial real estate market, Charlie decided to take full advantage of its potential by establishing Aycock Properties.
